Travel, lodging and logistics

All scientific, social, and business sessions will take place in the NEW Center at NEOMED.

 

Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kent State University Hotel, a 15-minute drive from NEOMED. To be guaranteed a room, please book ASAP.​ 

  • If you are interested in sharing a room, this Google sheet provides a space to share your information and contact others. 

​

Other nearby hotels are available, without shuttle service.

​

The closest airports are Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport and Akron-Canton Airport.

​

Shuttle buses will run between the KSU Hotel and NEOMED.

  • Shuttle information will be posted here during the conference.

 

Ample parking is available at NEOMED for those with cars.

​

Conference Check-in is on the second floor of the NEW Center

  • Check-in opens Thursday at 7:00am

  • Coffee, breakfast, and poster setup are 7:00 – 8:30am

Registration fees cover breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, the Friday banquet dinner, and breakfast Saturday. Thursday dinner is on your own (see “Things to Do in the Area” page)
