Jacobs Science Building

All scientific and business sessions will take place in the University of Kentucky Don and Cathy Jacobs Science Building, a 10-minute walk from the dormitories.

Airports

The Lexington Blue Grass Airport (LEX) is the closest, just 6 miles (~15 min ride) from the University of Kentucky campus. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) typically cost ~$20-30.

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is located 80 miles north and the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) 75 miles west of Lexington. Rideshares from these airports typically range between $75 to $160 and should be reserved in advance.

Lodging

Dorms will be reserved in the University of Kentucky campus within walking distance (10-minute walk) from the Jacobs Science Building. Rates for 2026 are $38.50 per person per night for semi-private (1 roommate) units or $77 per person per night for private (no roommate) units. Linens are an additional $10 per night per person. Units have full XL beds, kitchenette, mini refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.
