Conference Check-in is on the second floor of the NEW Center

  • Check-in opens Thursday at 7:00am

  • Coffee, breakfast, and poster setup are 7:00 – 8:30am

Registration fees cover breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, the Friday banquet dinner, and breakfast Saturday. Thursday dinner is on your own (see “Things to Do in the Area” page)

Dinner on your own – there are many options in downtown Kent near the hotel.
