The MARC, which will be held on June 19-21, 2025, is being hosted by the Hearing Research Group on the NEOMED campus, in Rootstown, Ohio, outside of Cleveland.

Principal Investigators and faculty $100 per person

Students and trainees $40 per person

Thursday 7am - 6pm

Friday 7:30am - 10pm

Saturday 7:30am - 12:30pm

A complete schedule will be sent to all attendees in June once all abstracts are submitted

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kent State University Hotel, a 15-minute drive from NEOMED. To be guaranteed a room, please book ASAP. See our Travel, Lodging & Logistics page for details.

Free shuttle buses will run between the KSU Hotel and NEOMED .

Ample free parking is available at NEOMED for those with cars.

Other nearby hotels are available, but without shuttle service

Students/trainees with financial need may be eligible for a Travel Award (25 total awards to be given)
