Things you should know

The MARC has reached full capacity and registration is now closed. We are excited to host the conference in a few short weeks and ask you to please review the important information before traveling to the conference in Ann Arbor.

Conference Check In

  • Check in is on the 4th floor of Palmer Commons outside the Great Lakes Room

    • Check in opens Thursday at 7am for poster set up

  • Morning coffee and breakfast is from 7:30-8:30am in the Great Lakes Room

  • Registration fees cover breakfast and lunch each day as well as the Friday Evening Dinner at the museum. Thursday dinner is on your own.

Accomodations

We have arrangments with the North Quad Dorm for $65.50 a night for a single room. CLICK HERE to reserve a room to stay in this beauiful downtown building.

Event Locations

Several locations are being utilized by the conference and we want to ensure you know how to reach each of them. Our suggestion is to park in one place for the entire conference and walk to the location to fully immerse yourself in the beauty and histroy of the University of Michigan Campus.

  • University of Michigan Museum of Art

  • 535 S. State St. in Ann Arbor

    • Please wear your MARC name tag and show ResponsiBlue for entry

 

North Quad Dorms

  • 105 S. State St. Ann Arbor

Parking

Parking is available at the City of Ann Arbor lots.

  • City-owned parking facilities are marked by white signs with a green letter P (lots) or blue signs with a white P (structures).

  • The lots on Maynard Street or Liberty Square on E. Washington are the closest to North Quad.

  • The Liberty Square structure (on Washington west of State) has a flat fee of $5 after 3pm Mon-Fri and all day on Sat.
